What standard actually means

Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned properly, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted and trash taken out. It is the maintenance pass, not the rescue: it assumes the house was cleaned last time and keeps it that way, which is why it costs less than a deep clean.

The same crew each visit

Recurring work goes to the same people wherever the schedule allows. They stop needing to be told where things go, and that is most of the difference between a service that is fine and one you forget to think about.

Frequency changes the price

Weekly costs less per visit than monthly, because less has built up in between. If you are not sure which you need, start monthly: moving up is easy, and discovering halfway through that a month was too long is not.

Questions people ask

How is this different from a deep clean?

A deep clean gets behind and inside things: grout, window tracks, appliance interiors, baseboards. A standard visit maintains what a deep clean already reached.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most recurring clients are not. Arrange access once and the visits carry on without you having to plan around them.

What if I need to skip a week?

Cancel up to 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Skipping occasionally is normal and does not change your rate.
