A unit with nothing in it is the only chance anyone gets to clean inside the cabinets, behind the appliances and along the baseboards without working around furniture. That is the visit this is, so book it after the truck leaves rather than before.

Written to the inspection, not to a guess

Most move-out cleans exist because a deposit is on the line or a walkthrough is scheduled. Tell us which, and the work is aimed at the places those get decided: oven interior, refrigerator, cabinet insides, grout, window tracks and the marks left behind furniture.

Same-day turnarounds where the calendar allows

Move-outs and move-ins often land on the same day at the same address. Where the schedule allows we clean between them, so the incoming tenant walks into a finished unit rather than a cleaned-around one.

Questions people ask

When should I book it?

After the unit is empty and before the walkthrough. Cleaning around remaining furniture leaves exactly the marks an inspection looks for.

Will this get my deposit back?

We cannot promise what a landlord decides, and nobody honestly can. What we can do is clean the places deposits are usually withheld over, and tell you up front if something is damage rather than dirt.

Do you do both ends of a move?

Yes. Out of the old place and into the new one, on the same booking, is common and usually cheaper than arranging them separately.
