Drywall dust is not household dust
It is finer, it carries further and it settles again after you think you are done, which is why a post-construction clean is worked top down in passes rather than room by room in one go. Ceilings, ledges and vents first, floors last, and a second pass after the air has settled.
Marks that come with a new build
Adhesive residue on glass, grout haze on new tile, sticker gum on appliances, paint flecks on hardware and the pencil marks left on trim. These are what separate a site that is swept from a unit that can be shown to a buyer.
Rough, final or model-ready
