An amenity room is used at unpredictable hours by people who did not book it. That changes the job: furniture goes back where it belongs, cushions get straightened, the kitchen is reset and the bins are empty, so the room is presentable at any hour rather than only after a visit.

Party rooms get booked and they get left in a state. We schedule the recurring visit against your calendar and take post-event cleans as separate call-outs, so a Saturday rental does not sit until Monday.
